Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Are you a natural communicator with a passion for helping others Were looking for a bilingual professional with strong sales and customer service skills to guide prospective patients through their first contact with our services.
Responsibilities
- Handle up to 25 US and Canada-based patient inquiries daily via phone email and chat.
- Promote our services and explain pricing and insurance options.
- Address objections with empathy and persuasive communication.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments.
- Collaborate with a remote-first team across time zones.
- Be the first-in line and take calls from potential patients and sign them up for our services finding the right fit for them.
Requirements
- 5 years in customer service and sales in healthcare.
- Fluent in English (written and oral) at least C1 level.
- Strong emotional intelligence and active listening.
- Comfortable working independently and hitting conversion goals.
- Psychology psychiatry nurse medical background preferred.
- Experience working with US patients/customers is desirable.
Required Skills:
