Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and implement quality control programs throughout all phases of construction.
- Review drawings specifications and submittals to verify compliance with contract requirements.
- Conduct on-site inspections and document findings to ensure workmanship meets quality standards.
- Manage and track RFIs non-conformance reports and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project managers engineers and field teams to resolve quality-related issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in commercial construction quality control or inspection roles.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and construction documentation.
- Experience managing RFIs inspections and submittal reviews.
- Ability to interpret plans specifications and applicable building codes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field preferred.
