Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and implement quality control programs throughout all phases of construction.
Review drawings specifications and submittals to verify compliance with contract requirements.
Conduct on-site inspections and document findings to ensure workmanship meets quality standards.
Manage and track RFIs non-conformance reports and corrective actions.
Coordinate with project managers engineers and field teams to resolve quality-related issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

5 years of experience in commercial construction quality control or inspection roles.
Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and construction documentation.
Experience managing RFIs inspections and submittal reviews.
Ability to interpret plans specifications and applicable building codes.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software preferred.
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field preferred.
