Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain the supply plan within the SIOP process balancing demand supply and inventory for the Power Management business.
  • Translate demand plans into production and material requirements in collaboration with factories buyers and suppliers.
  • Lead supply reviews to highlight risks constraints and mitigation plans; communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage inventory health including safety stock levels excess and obsolescence for assigned products.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and procurement to identify and address capacity or material constraints.
  • Participate in monthly SIOP cycles providing data and insights for supply demand and reconciliation meetings.
  • Partner with finance and operations to align supply planning assumptions with budget and forecast cycles.
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning processes system parameters and cross-functional communication.
  • Support new product introductions and product transitions ensuring seamless integration into the supply plan.
  • Track and report key supply metrics including on-time delivery supply adherence and inventory performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Operations Management Industrial Engineering or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 35 years of experience in supply planning SIOP/IBP or production planning within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and SIOP principles.
  • Experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g. SAP Kinaxis OMP or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel Power BI Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound decisions.
  • APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.

PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

  • The role is primarily based in an office environment but may requiring site visits and interaction with production teams.
  • Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols.
  • The role involves extended periods of sitting in front of a computer.
  • Occasional standing or walking may be required during meetings presentations or site visits.
  • Work is primarily conducted in an office environment with controlled temperature and lighting.

TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED

  • Occasional travel to different office locations client sites or conferences may be necessary.
