Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Manage cases from pre-litigation through settlement or trial with the support of a strong staff.
  • Engage in deposition experience.
  • Draft correspondence and regularly communicate with clients experts and defense counsel.
  • Prioritize and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.

Experience you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in employment litigation and/or other civil litigation.
  • Knowledge of California Civil Procedure and Local Court Rules.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Organized detail-oriented and a self-starter.
  • Experience with employment disputes including wrongful terminations FEHA claims and labor code violations.
  • Excellent writing and research skills.
  • Strong and collaborative interpersonal skills.
