Job Title: Associate Attorney

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join a rapidly growing regional Creditors Rights law firm. This role will manage legal matters from case inception through post-judgment remedies in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented client-focused and committed to delivering high-quality legal work while demonstrating strong communication and ownership of their caseload.
This is a fully remote position with a hybrid component requiring occasional court appearances and onsite meetings within the state of Georgia.
Key Responsibilities -
Manage assigned cases from initiation through resolution including post-judgment remedies

Conduct legal research draft pleadings motions and correspondence

Appear in court as required for hearings and proceedings within Georgia

Analyze legal and regulatory risks and provide sound legal recommendations
-
Handle a high-volume caseload efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality

Negotiate with opposing counsel to reach favorable case resolutions
-
Collaborate with the Managing Attorney and report on case activity and outcomes
-
Maintain professionalism and fairness in all client and opposing counsel interactions
Required Qualifications -
J.D. from an accredited law school

Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia

0 3 years of experience in bankruptcy collections or civil litigation

Willingness to travel to courts within Georgia as needed

Strong legal research writing and oral advocacy skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent time management and organizational skills
