Associate Attorney

Location: Remote (Hybrid Occasional Court Appearances)

We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join a rapidly growing regional Creditors Rights law firm. This role will manage legal matters from case inception through post-judgment remedies in a fast-paced high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented client-focused and committed to delivering high-quality legal work while demonstrating strong communication and ownership of their caseload.

This is a fully remote position with a hybrid component requiring occasional court appearances and onsite meetings within the state of Georgia.

• Manage assigned cases from initiation through resolution including post-judgment remedies

• Conduct legal research draft pleadings motions and correspondence

• Appear in court as required for hearings and proceedings within Georgia

• Analyze legal and regulatory risks and provide sound legal recommendations

• Handle a high-volume caseload efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality

• Negotiate with opposing counsel to reach favorable case resolutions

• Collaborate with the Managing Attorney and report on case activity and outcomes

• Maintain professionalism and fairness in all client and opposing counsel interactions

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia

• 0 3 years of experience in bankruptcy collections or civil litigation

• Willingness to travel to courts within Georgia as needed

• Strong legal research writing and oral advocacy skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• License to practice in additional states (GA SC TN FL VA MD MI OH) or UBE passage

• Strong ability to analyze case law and provide strategic legal recommendations
