The Billing Manager at Samsung for ABM Industries is responsible for overseeing the billing operations ensuring accuracy and timeliness in invoicing and managing a team of billing specialists.

Key Responsibilities / 주요 업무- Manage and supervise the billing department to ensure efficient operations.
- 청구 부서를 관리및 감독하여효율적인 운영을보장합니다.
- Review and approve invoices before submission to clients.
- 고객에게 제출하기 전에청구서를 검토하고승인합니다.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries.
- 청구 오류를 해결하고고객 문의에응답합니다.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to streamline billing processes.
- 재무 및 운영팀과 협력하여청구 프로세스를간소화합니다.
- Generate regular billing reports and present findings to senior management.
- 정기적인 청구 보고서를작성하고 결과를고위 경영진에게보고합니다.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- 회계 재무 또는관련 분야의학사 학위.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in billing or financial operations.
- 청구 또는 재무운영 분야에서최소 5년이상의 경력.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- 강력한 리더십 및팀 관리능력.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- 우수한 의사소통 및문제 해결능력.
- Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
