Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with school-based experience to join a supportive educational environment in Kennewick WA. This is an excellent opportunity to strengthen your skills in behavioral therapy while advancing your RBT this role youll deliver evidence-based interventions grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support students with autism and related developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
Provide direct one-on-one and group interventions using intensive teaching and natural environment strategies
Implement behavioral skill acquisition and reduction protocols as prescribed
Collect track and summarize behavioral data for ongoing assessment and supervision
Support parent and caregiver training sessions aligned with individualized treatment plans
Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Requirements
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Current BLS/CPR certification
At least 6 months of relevant experience within the last 5 years

Required Skills:
Valid RBT License Current BLS/CPR certification Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience within the past 5 years
