Responsibilities
Provide direct one-on-one and group interventions using intensive teaching and natural environment strategies
Implement behavioral skill acquisition and reduction protocols as prescribed
Collect track and summarize behavioral data for ongoing assessment and supervision
Support parent and caregiver training sessions aligned with individualized treatment plans
Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Requirements
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Current BLS/CPR certification
At least 6 months of relevant experience within the last 5 years
