Job Summary

Were looking for a Java Software Engineer to join a collaborative development team building scalable data-driven applications in a fast-paced environment. This role will focus on backend development using Java Spring Framework and modern cloud-based architectures while integrating advanced messaging and data technologies like Kafka and NoSQL databases. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code agile processes and solving complex challenges with elegant engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java and Spring frameworks.
Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices for scalable high-performance systems.
Integrate distributed data systems including SQL and NoSQL databases.
Implement Kafka for event streaming and messaging between services.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet delivery goals.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field required.
5 years of experience in Java development with strong proficiency in Spring Boot and related libraries.
Solid understanding of relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) database design and optimization.
Experience with Kafka or similar messaging/event-driven platforms.
Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS Azure or GCP.
Strong grasp of software architecture data structures and design patterns.
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum development practices.
Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership in delivering reliable maintainable code.
