Job Description
A front desk agent is responsible for greeting guests managing reservations checking in and checking out guests addressing customer inquiries and ensuring smooth operations in the lobby and front desk areas. They provide assistance to guests during their stay and handle various administrative tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Guest Reception:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Assign sites and provide necessary information such as Resort amenities policies and local attractions.
- Ensure guests are satisfied with their accommodations.
- Reservations and Bookings:
- Manage reservations including making modifying and canceling bookings. o Oversee site availability rates and special requests.
- Coordinate with security and maintenance regarding site status.
- Customer Service:
- Address guest inquiries complaints and requests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Resolve conflicts and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about the RV services amenities and local attractions.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure privacy and confidentiality.
- Handle payments process transactions and manage cash and credit card payments.
- Prepare reports and document guest interactions as needed.
- Communication:
- Coordinate with security maintenance and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Answer and direct phone calls emails and messages.
- Security and Safety:
- Ensure RV safety protocols are followed (e.g. emergency procedures monitoring security).
- Report suspicious activity or safety concerns to management.
- Monitor the front desk and lobby area to ensure it remains secure
Work Environment:
- Front desk agents typically work in hotels RV resorts and other lodging establishments.
- Work hours can vary including evenings weekends and holidays.
- This role is crucial in creating a positive experience for guests helping ensure their stay is comfortable and hassle-free.
Job Requirements:
- At least College Level
- At least 3 years work experience in a BPO Setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively.
- Basic knowledge of office software and hotel management systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require a degree in hospitality or related field).
- Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry preferred.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
