Senior Electrical Engineer

Summary

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer with experience in high voltage high power electrical systems. The specific experience we require is listed below:

The candidate would have as much of the listed experience as possible:

High voltage high power electronic systems
Digital design Microcontrollers DSPs EEPROMs Flash RAM
Analog circuit design OpAmps BJTs FETs MOSFETs filters transient protection
PID control
Power electronics DC-DC Converters SMPs
High and low voltage design
Schematic capture and PCB layout
Firmware (C or C).OO Pointers References void function pointers and callback functions
State Machines FreeRTOS Linux
Software : C/C C# Python SQL GUI design( Visual C/C or Visual basic)
Communication protocols such as RS232 RS485 SPI I2C USB TCP/IP. - Diagnostic tools such as: Oscilloscopes DC Power Supplies Signal Generators DVM/DAM
Code Development tools such ICEs and IDEs
Circuit simulation tools such as Ltspice

Required Qualifications:

- 5 years commercial/product development experience

- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering/computer science

Employees must be able to meet the following requirements with or without accommodation.

medium to sedentary work that will occasionally require employees to lift/move up to 20 lbs. and occasionally lift more than 30 lbs.
Lifting carrying pushing pulling or moving heavy equipment and/or supplies occasionally.
Reaching above and below the shoulder occasionally.
Above-average agility and dexterity with the ability to hold grasp and manipulate small parts and use hand and power tools frequently.
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and handle physical exertion such as long periods of standing walking bending crouching stretching reaching repetitive motion or similar activities.
Work environments includes: electrical current proximity to moving mechanical parts repetitive hand motion.
