- As a Sales and Relationship Manager responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships and satisfaction identifies business opportunities and business at risk for clients under its assignment
- Responsible foractivities across multiple services and business areas for an assigned client base
- Contribute to achieve assigned annual business targets for both regional and locational (new business and revenues) with coordination with relevant departments and teams.
- Products/services to cover include Investment Fund ESG related Data Digital innovation on top to traditional securities settlement/custody and collateral management services.
- Promotes the organizations capabilities to clients and assists in identifyingnewopportunities and business development of both existing and new products/services of Euroclear in Japan
- Coordinates within the firm to ensure relevant resources are allocated to meet client needs
- Responsible for opportunity findings and business development of both existing and new products/services of Euroclear in Japan
- Build and strengthen network and relationship with clients and various external stakeholders to effectively understand and identify business opportunities in the market.
Qualifications
- Solid working experience in a relevant industry segment
- Highly driven confident and motivated and self-disciplined
- Exhibits creativity and able to think out of the box; can-do attitude
- Strong product/domain knowledge of the securities services industry
- Ability to self-learn/study of the new line-ups products/services and adaptability into the market
- Able to communicate/articulate well at all levels senior counterparts and working level
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Japanese to interact with internal/external stakeholders
- Logical and analytical.
- Good negotiation skills to have win-win results
- Native Japanese and fluent in English
- Ready to travel
