Size and functions of local team: 18 FTEs currently growing to 50 in 34 months (building current GTM team IT teams)

Role description: Brand & Creative Marketer

Under the lead of the Head of Growth youll drive brand expression social presence and creative storytelling for Peec. This role blends content creation community engagement and influencer collaboration.

You will:

  • Build and execute Peecs brand and social media strategy.
  • Organize events create content around them and drive engagement.
  • Launch and scale influencer and creator programs (UGC & affiliate).
  • Strengthen the founder brand through storytelling and social media.
  • Develop creative campaigns that enhance awareness and trust.
  • Stay on top of AI and tech trends to position Peec as an innovative category leader.


This is a role for a creator-marketer with taste energy and a drive to make Peec the go-to brand in AI-driven marketing.

Must haves:

  • 2 years of experience in brand content or social marketing in Tech.
  • Similar stage experience(Start-up Scale-up)
  • Proven ability to produce engaging organic social content.
  • Experience organizing events campaigns or influencer collaborations.
  • Strong eye for visual design and creative direction.
  • Comfortable on camera and confident creating video content.
  • Passion for technology and AI trends.
  • High energy high ownership and proactive mindset.
  • Must excel and/or be obsessed about a topic(can be chess sports gaming whatever)

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in creator or influencer marketing.
  • Experience managing agencies or freelancers.

Salary range & secondary benefits:

  • Up to 85K equity
