As Senior Professional Integrated Retail Retail Brand you will be part of the Retail Brand team Germany & Nordics as part of the Integrated Retail team andreport directly into the Manager Integrated Retail Retail Brand Germany & this role you will be based in Berlin andpartner with the territory VM&S and EKIN (product education and trialing activation) teams Brand Management Nike Direct and Sales teams. Youll also collaborate closely with the EMEA Retail Brand Experience and Brand Creative teams as well as a cross functional team from Merchandising and Supply Chain to deliver seasonal sport and lifestyle campaigns that elevate Nikes brand distinction across Nike Direct stores and wholesale partners.

Youll lead integrated retail marketing campaigns and consumer activations across Nike Direct stores and wholesale partners ensuring every retail touchpoint reflects Nikes priorities in sport and sport culture lead by innovation athletes and sport moments activated with communities and amplified
with media energy and entertainment in close collaboration with the functional teams. Youll adapt EMEA strategies drive territory-specific initiatives and obsess over delivering a seamless consumer experience.
Your key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute seasonal brand briefs and campaigns
- Lead retail programming and activation across Nike Direct and partners stores
- Drive window and in-store zone strategies for brand distinction
- Manage multi-brand retail campaigns with marketplace partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for flawless execution
- Track seasonal budgets and partner with Account Marketing on spend
- Ensure alignment with Nikes brand standards across all retail channels
