WHO YOULL WORK WITH:
As Manager Integrated Retail Retail Brand you will lead the Retail Brand team Germany & Nordics as part of the Integrated Retail team andreport directly into the Director Integrated Retail Germany & this role you will be based in Berlin andpartner with the territory VM&S and EKIN (product education and trialing activation) teams Brand Management Nike Direct and Sales teams. Youll also collaborate closely with the EMEA Retail Brand Experience and Brand Creative teams as well as a cross functional team from Merchandising and Supply Chain to deliver seasonal sport and lifestyle campaigns that elevate Nikes brand distinction across Nike Direct stores and wholesale partners.

Youll drive the integrated retail marketingand consumer activationoffense for Germany & Nordics ensuring every retail touchpoint reflects Nikes brand prioritiesin sport and sport culture lead by innovation athletes and sport moments activated with communities and amplified with media energy and entertainment in close collaboration with the functional teams. Youll lead seasonal briefs adapt EMEA strategies and manage territory-led initiatives to create Nike-only distinction at scale.
Your key responsibilities:
- Team management leading the Retail Brand team in Germany & Nordics
- Lead seasonal retail marketing campaigns across Nike Direct and wholesale partners
- Develop and adapt global strategies for EMEA markets
- Manage seasonal execution budgets and partner with Account Marketing on trade terms
- Oversee retail programming EKIN activations and window/I2 strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for flawless execution
- Drive multi-brand retail campaigns with marketplace partners
- Ensure consumer experience excellence from pinnacle to scale
