Your Mission:
- Supervision and training of the pharmacy team
- Assists the Pharmacy Manager in overseeing all day to day operations of the pharmacy including workflow management incident reports overseeing inventory and other processes.
- Ensure excellence in all patient and stakeholder touch points.
- Enhance productivity within pharmacy team by delegating tasks and overseeing the quality of work
What You Bring to the Table:
- Currently licensed to practice Pharmacy in the province of Ontario
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacy and people leadership experience
- Experience working or managing in a specialty environment is considered a strong asset.
- Proficient in MS Excel Outlook (Email) and Word.
Compensation: At BioScript your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role level and geographic location.
