One of our manufacturing clients is looking for Sanitation Manager in Hamilton ON location for their facility.
Pay Range - $100k - $110k
Shift - Days
Responsibilities

Lead and manage sanitation programs to ensure food safety hygiene and regulatory compliance across the facility.

Oversee daily sanitation operations including production packaging storage and common areas.

Supervise train schedule and evaluate the sanitation team and third-party cleaning contractors.

Ensure compliance with GMP HACCP SSOPs and applicable regulatory standards.

Conduct routine sanitation inspections and verification activities (ATP testing environmental monitoring).

Maintain sanitation records and support internal and external audits.
-
Collaborate with quality production and maintenance teams to resolve sanitation-related issues.
Qualification:
-
Bachelors degree in Microbiology Food Technology Chemical or Industrial Engineering or a related biological science field.

Minimum 5 years of sanitation leadership experience (Manager/Supervisor/Lead) including at least 3 years within the food manufacturing industry
-
Strong knowledge of GMPs HACCP quality systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
