Your Impact:

As an SMBMid-Market Account Executive at Deliverect you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing small to mid-sized restaurant and hospitality businesses. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers understanding their operational challenges and offering tailored SaaS solutions that improve efficiency and drive results. This role is essential to expanding Deliverects footprint in local and regional markets.

*This is a full-time hybrid role with a flexible work schedule offering 3 days in our Ghent office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.

What you will do

    • Identify and engage high-potential businesses through targeted research online tools and strategic networking within the hospitality and foodservice industry.
    • Develop a strong understanding of the operational challenges faced by SMB and Mid-Market businesses allowing you to clearly articulate how Deliverect drives efficiency improves ROI and simplifies order management.
    • Deliver value-based product demonstrations that directly address each prospects pain points showcasing the tangible benefits of Deliverects platform.
    • Communicate complex topicssuch as APIs POS integrations and third-party delivery platformsin a simple relatable way that resonates with business owners and operators.
    • Confidently manage objections and guide prospects through the decision-making process to successful deal closure.
    • Partner with onboarding account management and support teams to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer journey ensuring each client experiences the full value of Deliverect from day one.
    • Occasionally travel to attend customer meetings or industry conferences.

What you will Bring

    • 3 years of sales experience preferably in B2B SaaS or the restaurant technology space ERP enterprise solutions etc.
    • Consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions that drive value.
    • Excellent negotiation skills and a creative approach to solving customer challenges.
    • Fluency in English is required.
    • Fluency in a second language is a plus ( eg. German Dutch French etc)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
    • Maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate revenue forecasting and timely follow-ups on all opportunities.
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships.
    • Highly motivated self-directed and results-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to pivot strategies to achieve results.
