Role Overview

Youll own oneor multipleproduct pillars within our IT Solutions roadmap evolving toward end-to-end ownership as the mission grows. Translate bold AI-first visions into razor-sharp hypotheses spin up MVPs in weeks and drive measurable impact against your personal North-Star metric.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Research-Led Innovation
1. Conduct rapid discovery sprints: user interviews competitive teardowns AI capability testingeach wrapped in 1-week cycles.
2. Frame every opportunity with clearly documented problem statements hypothesis trees and impact sizing before solutionizing.
3. Maintain a living research library to share learnings and unlock cross-team leverage.
Build Fast Learn Faster
1. Ship in short cycles: MVPs in 2 weeks not 2 months. Wireframes scripts or low-code demos are expected deliverables.
2. Use AI tools pre-trained models and no-code stacks to validate ideas in-market quickly.
3. Ruthlessly prioritize high-signal experimentsdeprioritize or kill slow-moving or low-potential bets.
Pivot with Purpose
1. Set directional bets but detach from sunk costpivot cleanly when hypotheses fail.
2. Monitor qualitative and quantitative feedback loops daily to trigger fast course corrections.
3. Communicate pivots transparently to keep teams and stakeholders aligned.
Operationalize Speed Without Chaos
1. Structure cross-functional squads around weekly OKRs tied to your North-Star metric.
2. Design tight researchbuildmeasure cycles to ensure hypotheses are either proven or discarded.
3. Ensure the team works on the right problems not just whats easy to build.
Create Leverage Through Communication
1. Maintain a 1-pager on what youre testing why and how others can build on it.
2. Run Show & Tells every sprint: highlight learnings not just wins.
3. Coach junior PMs on hypothesis-led decision-making and lean experimentation.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

5 years of PM experience at Senior/Principal level in B2B SaaS or AI/ML-powered products
Core competencies: outcome-driven roadmapping data-driven decision-making (A/B testing analytics) rapid prototyping user research stakeholder management
Technical aptitude: conceptual grasp of IT solutions and AI/ML workflows; comfortable engaging with APIs data models and analytics tools
Mindset: thrives on ambiguity celebrates intelligent failure self-governing bias-toward-action

Nice-to-Have

Startup or hyper-growth environment experience
Background in enterprise IT operations ITSM/ITAM tools
Degrees in Computer Science Engineering or related fields
Agile certifications (CSPO PMP etc.)
