We are now seeking aChef de partie to join our team at Bullitt Hotel.
This is a tremendous opportunity for a committed experienced chef looking for their next career move alongside an experienced Head Chef with a passion for culinary excellence.
Our award-winning restaurant Taylor & Clay boasts an open kitchen built around our incredible Asador wood-fired grill while our rooftop restaurant Tetto sports a bespoke robata grill. Either way youll be cooking the best local meat seafood and vegetables to deliver some of the finest food in the city. The successful individual will have drive and determination to succeed in their career along with a commitment to the continued success of our food offering. The role will involve using high quality ingredients in a new creative style.
Rate of pay: 28000 - 32000 dependent on experience
Work pattern: typcially made up of 4 days per week
Essential Criteria
Minimum of 2 years experience working in a busy modern kitchen
Our Ideal candidate should have:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
The ability to adapt to changing menus & specifications
Excellent communication skills
Good knowledge of HACCP food safety practices and regulations - A genuine desire to improve their cooking skills and broaden their ingredient knowledge.
