- 38000 base salaryplus service charge and bonus (circa 46000 OTE)

Responsibilities as the Food & Beverage Manager
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar
- Ensuring seamless collaboration between kitchen bar and front-of-house teams
- Taking full responsibility for the performance of the F&B operation
- Playing a key role in shaping menus wine lists and culinary events
- Delivering consistently high service standards in an efficient guest-focused manner
- Leading motivating and developing the front-of-house team
- Managing budgets forecasting and all F&B financials with confidence
This is an excellent opportunity for an establishedFood & Beverage Managerto work alongside a dedicated team while continuing to develop their leadership skills through a tailored development plan.
