POSITION: Middle School Social Studies Teacher 25/26 SY

JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School Social Studies Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of historical events with experience developing engaging lesson plans that are aligned to U.S. History World History and state curriculum standards.

SALARY RANGE: $44 038 to $84954 a year- Full time ( Prorated for the remainder of 25/26)

Placement on the salary schedule will be commensurate with education and experience and will follow District policy GCBA.

BENEFITS: Employer paid insurance CAP to assist with health dental and vision premiums employer paid Basic Life and AD&D policies. Two (2) days of personal leave ten (10) days sick leave seven (7) paid holidays and a generous PERS retirement contribution (if applicable) for a full-time position. Harrisburg operates on a 4-day school week M-TH.

QUALIFICATIONS: Valid Oregon Teachers License with appropriate endorsement and authorization level required.
