As the School Psychologist you will play a crucial role in planning implementing coordinating and evaluating school health services. Your objective will be to maximize in-class time by reducing health-related absenteeism minimize learning-impairing health problems and foster the highest level of independent functioning possible.
Job Overview:
- Conduct observations of students in classrooms and various school settings to gain valuable insights.
- Provide compassionate counseling instruction and mentoring to students facing social emotional and behavioral challenges.
- Promote wellness and resilience by reinforcing communication skills social skills problem-solving abilities anger management self-regulation self-determination and optimism.
Requirements
Applicants must possess a masters degree in School Psychology or a related discipline and hold valid licensure in the state of Ohio. Comfort working in a hybrid environment with both in-person and remote responsibilities is required.
