Position: Sr. Manager Operations (multiple positions available)
Location: Union City GA
Multiple Positions Available:
for budgetary people development and operations objectives for a fulfillment center.
and lead a team of area managers coach and mentor the team to ensure performance objectives are met and build positive employee relations and leadership bench strength within the fulfillment center.
lean and six sigma process improvement methodologies and performance metrics to increase efficiency within processes.
creation of quality initiatives process change initiatives and other lean initiatives to enable functional area and the fulfillment center to meet and exceed business plan.
for the overall safety quality performance and customer experience of either inbound or outbound operations. Participate in the full staffing lifecycle including interviewing hiring performance management promotions and terminations.
and clarify requirements and expectations for area managers.
performance provide feedback and hold area managers accountable for their performance and the performance of their departments.
area managers by sourcing and nurturing ideas and rolling them into the creation of improvement plans for the functional area.
that best practices are shared across all departments shifts and among the network.
travel up to 15% to perform role responsibilities may be required.
(40 hours / week 8:00am-5:00pm Salary Range $ 161054/year to $182700/year)

A Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration Engineering Supply Chain Operations Finance or related discipline and 2 years of experience in management consulting technical management or logistics the alternative a Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Operations Engineering Supply Chain or related discipline followed by 5 progressively responsible years of experience in management consulting technical management or logistics engineering. Experience must include: 1) 2 years of management experience (salaried workforce or program management) in a Global Supply Chain Manufacturing Production/Procurement and Distribution Logistics or related environment/operations. 2) 2 years of experience using Lean Process Improvement Six Sigma methodologies or related performance metrics/process improvements to increase efficiency within processes forecasting planning optimization and logistics. 3) 1 year of cross-functional coordination experience across different business units and experience conducting qualitative/quantitative data analysis to support business decision making and cross functional initiatives.
