The Institutional Analytics and Research (IAR) team partners across the university to turn data into better outcomes for students. Within IAR the College Analytics team supports academic leaders with high-impact insights predictive models and strategic planning tools. Our focus areas include:

As a Lead Data Analyst on the College Analytics team youll be a strategic partner technical expert and mentor. Youll lead documentation of analytics and research needs for high-complexity projects collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive the adoption of data visualization standards. Your work will help WGU stay student-focused and data-driven.
