Size and functions of local team: 18 FTEs currently growing to 50 in 34 months (building current GTM team IT teams)
Role description: Lifecycle Marketing Specialist
Under the lead of the Head of Growth youll be responsible for optimizing the end-to-end user journey across web app and CRM channels. This role is highly analytical experimental and cross-functional blending CRM conversion optimization and automation.
You will:
- Own the customer lifecycle funnel across website onboarding and retention.
- Identify and optimize bottlenecks through A/B testing and conversion analysis.
- Work with data and product teams to integrate behavioral data into CRM workflows.
- Build and manage automated lifecycle campaigns (email push in-app).
- Improve self-service and inbound conversion flows.
- Run experimentation loops to continuously improve engagement and retention.
This is a hands-on role suited for a marketer whos technical data-driven and excited about building scalable automation in a fast-paced AI-first environment.

- Curious about AI technology and hands-on experience with AI tools/workflows.
- High agency curiosity and hunger to grow.
- Entrepreneurial coachable adaptable.
- Must excel and/or be obsessed about a topic(can be chess sports gaming whatever)
Nice to haves:
- Familiarity with SEO/GEO MarTech or analytics tools.
Salary range & secondary benefits:
