Our facility offers residents a supportive and welcoming environment with Residential Living aged care Independent Living and Community Living services all available at the same location.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity with 4 shifts per week (Monday Wednesday Thursday and Sunday - 9.30 am to 4.30 pm).
Things that work for us:
Certificate III or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure or diversional therapy (or similar)
Experience in an aged care facility including working with dementia (or Huntingtons) clients highly regarded.
Experience developing Leisure programs and ability to update resident documentation & assessments as
Ability to work on a permanent part time basis with flexibility to work across the week
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to follow directives as per care plan
Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (within the last 6 months)
NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement of this role.
