POSITION SUMMARY:
The Investment Operations groupsupports $190B in assetsacross a diverse range of asset classes including real estate credit derivatives specialty finance and Investment Operations Controls Analystwill play a key role in the execution enhancement and build-out of Global Atlantics investment control framework providing broad exposure to all asset classes and functions within the investment role is ideal for an analytical detail-oriented professional seeking to contribute to a dynamic investment operations environment with significant scale and complexity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee reconciliation processesfor principal and interest cash flows on fixed income investments (e.g. loans bonds) par values cash wire activity and other key data elements impacting risk analytics and accounting.
- Own and manageassigned control and reporting functions across Global Atlantics investment portfolio.
- Support the development and enhancementof control reporting reconciliation workflows and process documentation.
- Maintain data integrityacross multiple investment systems ensuring consistency within the security master and related platforms.
- Ensure compliancewith internal control standards audit requirements and procedural guidelines.
- Compile and analyze key metricsrelated to reconciliations trade settlements and exception management.
- Partner with technology teamsto automate and streamline manual processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degreewith 03 yearsof relevant experience in Investment Operations Investment Accounting or related functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skillswith a focus on process improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excelrequired; familiarity with VBAand SQLis a plus.
- Experience with investment platforms such as Geneva Bloomberg or Clearwater Analyticspreferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillswith the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Ability to interpret complex investment and legal documentsto extract key information.
- Familiarity with bank account structures reconciliationsand data management practicespreferred.

Global Atlantic has offices in Atlanta Batesville Bermuda Boston Des Moines Hartford Indianapolis and New York City.The base salary range posted below is inclusive of the lowest cost of living geography to the highest in which we have a Global Atlantic office.
Global Atlanticsbase salary rangeis determined through an analysis of similar positions in the external labor market. Base pay is just one component of Global Atlantics total compensation package for employees and at times we hire outside the boundaries of the salary range. Other rewards may include annual cash bonuses long-term incentives (equity) generous benefits (including immediate vesting on employee contributions to a 401(k) as well as a company match on your contributions) and sales incentives. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location work experience education licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Compensation for our more senior positions have a larger component of short-term cash bonus and long-term incentives.
The base salary range for this position is $65000 - $85000
