Your role
As a Construction Verifier (Surveillance Engineer) youll lead the delivery of key road infrastructure components providing specialist technical guidance to ensure projects meet time quality cost and stakeholder expectations. Youll collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and partner with clients to build a more sustainable world.

What youll be doing

• Lead surveillance and auditing to ensure safety quality and contract compliance.
• Manage and mentor the surveillance team including graduate engineers.
• Conduct audits across safety environmental and cultural heritage aspects.
• Monitor project progress expenditure and performance outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement and support best-practice construction standards.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide guidance on technical and contractual matters.

What youll bring

• DTMR Prequalification Level SEU03 is mandatory
• Minimum 10 years post-RPEQ registration or substantial postgraduate experience in surveillance verification and contract management of complex road and bridge projects.
• Demonstrated experience in the administration of AS2124 style contracts such as Transport Infrastructure Contracts Construct Only (TIC-CO) AS4300 style Design and Construct (D&C) Contracts relational contracts or Collaborative Project Agreements (CPA) or Alliance.
• Proven ability to manage projects to TMR policies standards and specifications.
• Strong technical knowledge big-picture thinking and excellent relationship-building skills.
• A collaborative mindset and the drive to make a meaningful impact through your work.
