Technical Day Porter

Create a 5-star office experience with JLLs Workplace Services team

Join our WPS team as Technical Day Porter ensuring excellent employee and customer experiences through facility support event assistance and technical maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Meetings & Events (30%): Set up catering prepare event spaces check AV equipment
Office Services (25%): Manage supplies maintain office cleanliness handle mail and packages
Technical Services (20%): Minor repairs painting electrical work furniture moves
Meeting Rooms (10%): Daily checks stock amenities maintain equipment
Snacks & Refreshments (5%): Food preparation fridge maintenance stock management
Team Communication (5%): Daily coordination with WPS team report issues via Corrigo

Requirements:

3 years technical/maintenance experience
Fluent English (speaking & writing)
Technical hands-on approach
Customer-focused mindset
Problem-solving skills

Preferred:

NEN 3140 certificate (electrical)
Building systems knowledge
HVAC experience

Details:

Hours: 7:30-16:00 or 8:30-17:00
5-day training program
Reports to Facility Coordinator
