Daily tasks:
- 2nd level support on Exchange 2013/Exchange 2019/Exchange Online (M365)
- Receiving handling and updating incident tickets
- Operating Exchange servers
- Operating M365 Mailboxes
- Communicating with different teams through problem solving process (1st level / 3rd level / Microsoft)
- Generating reports
- Working in an agile tea
Qualifications :
- We are looking for IT-savvy and experienced colleagues to join our team so we would like our prospective colleague to have experience in a similar role (at least 2-3 years)
- Knowledge of some version of Exchange MS M365 and Windows Server 2022 is required to perform the above tasks
- The common language in our virtual team is English
- Have similar mindset as we do: we approach problems with a strong customer solution and performance orientation.
- Hybrid work model: at least 1 day/week in our office in Budapest/Debrecen/Szeged
Advantages:

- Knowledge of Powershell or other programming/script languages
- Knowledge of ITIL
