Job Description:
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Support Engineer with strong expertise in Active Directory DNS Windows and Azure Cloud Services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience at L3 level with L1 exposure on Linux administration. This role involves supporting critical infrastructure services and ensuring smooth operations across environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support Active Directory services including user and group administration.
Configure and troubleshoot DNS for internal and external environments.
Perform day-to-day operations and support for Azure cloud services.
Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to maintain compliance with policies and benchmarks.
Should be able to perform L1 Linux tasks
Provide timely resolution for incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
Required Skills & Experience:
L2/L2.5 level experience in infrastructure support.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory and DNS administration.
Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services and configurations.
Basic understanding of networking concepts.
Willingness to learn Linux basics (no prior deep expertise required).
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
