What Youll Do:
- Communicate with clients about the mortgage approval process qualifications and programs
- Coordinate with our team to complete loan files.
- Manage a client database to generate applicationsno cold calling required.
- Attend weekly team trainings and participate in a variety of industry education sessions.
- Learn the full mortgage process from lead to close in a supportive low-pressure environment.
Qualifications :
Availability: Immediate. Must obtain NMLS license required before start contact for details.
Basic Standards:
- Interest in the field of business management/ marketing/ sales/ finance
- Finance and/or client relationship background preferred but not required
- Ability to work with cloud based technologies web platforms and MS Office products outgoing personality; ability to communicate with clients via phone and in person
- Ability to pass background and compliance testing as well as licensing testing
- Basic mathematical skills required advanced mathematical abilities helpful
