The vehicle salesperson is responsible for selling vehicles and meeting dealership gross profit volume and customer satisfaction standards. This position includes four broad areas of activity: personal work habits prospecting selling and follow-up.
- OTE (On-Target-Earnings): $80000 - $120000 / year
- If meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas
*The Salesperson Position has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include a Base Monthly Draw of three-thousand dollars a month. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or number of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also has a pay-by-production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit*
Schedule:
- FULL TIME
- 5 days a week / 2 days off
- Sundays off
- Weekend availability required
- Sales Floor Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 9 am to 8 pm
- Saturday: 9 am to 8 pm

Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a quota-driven sales role.
- Must be open to working weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for automobiles and a genuine interest in helping customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
- All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks MVR drug test and valid drivers license.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
