Robert Brogdens Olathe Buick GMC is seeking an Aftermarket Salesperson to join its team. This position sells automotive accessories to dealership customers. Responsibilities:
- Offer services and accessories to customers and provide them with an explanation of aftermarket products and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies
- Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers. Resolve customer issues quickly and escalate to senior management as necessary. A high level of Customer Satisfaction is a very important aspect of this role.
- Maintain strong knowledge of all aftermarket products available to consumers for each of our vehicle models.
- Train and provide the sales team with information on available aftermarket opportunities offered by the dealership.
- Responsible for Customer Service follow-up and appointments
- Work with our Department Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met
- Strong organizational and scheduling ability to assure the work is completed on time for the customer.
- Explain performance of the chosen accessory and its benefits to customers.
Requirements:
- Automotive sales/aftermarket experience a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Scheduling and coordinating the timely installation of aftermarket products on the customers vehicle
- Must be able to efficiently use all company operating systems and equipment
- Professional appearance required
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record. Must be able to pass a background check and pre-hire drug screening
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
