Job Summary

Responsible for front-desk reception duties and providing administrative support to the fleet department to ensure smooth daily operations. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive visitors and handle incoming calls and emails.
  • Manage front-desk operations and maintain a professional reception area.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Assist Fleet Coordinator with vehicle scheduling and records.
  • Maintain documents (licenses insurance maintenance logs).
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Track fuel mileage and driver reports.

Qualifications :

  • Diploma or bachelors in administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
