Job Summary
- Plan and deliver individual and group coaching sessions tailored to players needs.
- Assess players skills and provide constructive feedback.
- Design training programs to improve players technical tactical and physical skills.
- Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere during training.
- Participate in club events tournaments and promotional activities.
- Assist with the development of junior players.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest coaching techniques and trends in padel.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during sessions.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a high standard of service.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Padel Coach with relevant coaching qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of padel techniques tactics and rules.
- Ability to communicate effectively with players of all ages and skill levels.
- Passionate about padel and committed to player development.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
