Job Purpose

Working with Local and Regional Spaceman Team to bring value to our customers by providing servicing excellence and industry thought leadership that identify Spaceman business opportunity and drive growth for our customers.

We are the team that partners with clients to fuse data science and the talents of our people to provide measurement and improvement for the clients and markets we serve. We are the key link between NielsenIQ and clients. Our service and delivery are the reason clients will continue to invest in our products and services.

Core Job Responsibilities:

1. Independently manage end-to-end Spaceman project delivery including software installation configuration user training and ongoing maintenance. 
2. Serve as a technical and functional expert on NIQ Spaceman software across all versions and deployment environments.
3. Collaborate closely with Commercial APAC Spaceman Delivery and client stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
4. Make sure client service standards is implemented and enhance as client expectations
5. Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders through proactive communication and reliable delivery
6. Proactively support team leader and coordinate seamlessly with client engagement

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree
• Strong technical proficiency: SQL Server working knowledge of VB and C programming languages understanding of servers virtual machines (VMs) and IT infrastructure
• Familiarity with Spaceman products is preferred.
• Be patient have strong learning and problem-solving ability and willing to accept business trips.
• Good English communication skills.
