一岗位核心需求

技术型专家既要主导厂务核心设备的运维与故障解决并聚焦厂务系统FMCS全生命周期管理与搭建优化与运维联动空调空压机等核心设备同时推动节能技术落地减少对供应商的故障依赖为厂务系统稳定高效运行前提进行节能优化的技术支撑

二核心工作职责

负责空调系统含系统验证空压机冷冻机冷却塔真空泵纯水系统氮气等 utility 设备的日常运维定期现场巡查观测设备状态确保稳定运行迅速响应处理设备故障通过现场实操与技术分析定位故障根源Root Cause制定并执行应急方案减少对供应商的依赖 主导搭建设施管理系统需求与自控系统的导入与基础编程工作

系统的需求分析方案设计与导入落地涵盖硬件选型如传感器控制器软件编程如逻辑组态数据交互接口开发确保系统能精准对接空调空压机冷冻机纯水系统等所有厂务设备

监控 FMCS 系统运行状态定期现场核查系统与设备的联动逻辑设备异常时通过 FMCS 数据追溯与现场实操结合独立定位故障根源如信号传输问题组态逻辑漏洞制定应急方案并修复不依赖供应商

基于生产需求与设备特性推动 FMCS 功能优化比如新增设备监控点位优化控制逻辑以提升设备响应效率主导厂务设备的 FMCS 自动化改造将真空泵氮气系统等纳入统一管控减少人工干预

结合 FMCS 数据如设备能耗曲线运行负荷研究新节能技术如动态调节控制策略对接供应商提供的 FMCS 升级或改造方案时从系统兼容性节能效果运维便捷性角度提出改进意见避免原样照搬

研究新节能技术与理念对接供应商方案时结合厂务实际需求提出建设性改进意见优化方案可行性与节能效果不照搬供应商方案

三任职要求

一基础条件

  • 年龄要求35 岁左右具备厂务维护与 FMCS 系统相关项目经验有成熟的系统落地与问题解决思路
  • 经验要求8年及以上厂务 FMCS 系统搭建编程或运维经验熟悉空调系统空压机等厂务设备与 FMCS 的联动逻辑有医药行业厂务经验者优先

二技术能力

硬技能精通空调系统空压机冷冻机等核心 utility 设备的硬件结构与工作原理熟练掌握 BMS/FMCS 自控系统编程与导入流程精通 FMCS 系统架构如 PLCSCADA 层级熟练使用主流 FMCS 编程工具如 WinCCIntouch等进行逻辑组态画面开发与数据交互配置 系统联动与调试擅长通过 FMCS 后台数据如设备运行参数报警记录分析系统隐患能快速定位 FMCS 自身如通讯模块故障或关联设备如传感器失效的问题制定针对性解决方案 实操能力具备设备现场实操经验能独立完成设备巡检故障排查与简单维修操作
