Supervise daily front office operations ensuring smooth arrivals departures and guest enquiries.
Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service embodying Accors Heartist culture and values.
Assist with the training coaching and empowerment of Front Office team members.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies procedures and Accor brand standards.
Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally and efficiently.
Support financial performance by adhering to cash handling and accounting procedures.
Promote Accors offers services and facilities to guests.
Qualifications :
Minimum 1-2 years experience in Front Office operations preferably in a supervisory role.
Hospitality qualifications and strong computer/system skills (Opera experience desirable).
Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays.
Multicultural awareness and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
Strong personal integrity initiative and the ability to work independently.
