Job Summary

  • Deliver a seamless guest experience by handling check-ins check-outs reservations and inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Assist guests with local information tour bookings and special requests ensuring their stay is personalized and hassle-free.

  • Maintain accurate guest records uphold security procedures and proactively promote hotel services and promotions.


Qualifications :

  • Successful 612 months of front office or customer service experience ideally in a hotel or lodge setting.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

 

  • Cultural sensitivity adaptability and Opera PMS knowledge are highly regarded especially in remote or Indigenous community settings.
