Qualifications :
Essential Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in hospitality or tourism (hotel resort lodge or high-volume operation).
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse teams across multiple departments.
Strong focus on guest experience service quality and operational results.
RSA certification and understanding of WHS and workplace safety.
Financial and business acumen; confident with budgets and reports.
Experience using PMS (Opera MICROS) and POS systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills respectful of all cultures.
Ability to work and live remotely with flexible rostering (nights weekends public holidays).
Full valid drivers licence.
Desirable
Experience managing in remote or regional locations.
First Aid or Emergency Management certification.
Experience working with Indigenous communities or supporting diversity programs.
LR (Light Rigid) licence.
