The opportunity we have available
We are seeking a highly skilled M365 Engagement Specialist to play a critical role in driving the adoption and effective use of Microsoft 365 across the department. This position is responsible for engaging with end users promoting modern digital practices and ensuring the department realises the full value of its investment in M365.
Working within the Digital Product team the specialist will lead initiatives that build digital capability foster user confidence and support the transformation of work practicesthrough the use ofM365 tools such as Copilot TeamsSharePointand OneDrive.
