Job Summary
The NVE Quality Manager will be a certified QCM by American Society for Quality or will QCM with an equivalent education (college degree in Engineering EE CE MBA etc.). The QCM shall have full authority and responsibility for assuring performance objectives and standards identified in this contract are met. The QCM must have at least two years developing implementing and administering a Quality Control Program for facilities of at leastsq. ft in size and are 24/7 mission critical and have completed U.S. Army Corps of Engineers of Government equivalent Construction Quality Management for Contractors and the OSHA 30-hour construction safety class.
The NVE QCM shall be independent and not report to the PM. After normal working hours the QCM or alternate shall be on call 24/7 and shall be available on-site within one hour after the Governments request.
