Description- 12-Month Calendar Management: Lead the creation alignment and execution of a full-year brand calendar that aligns with business goals and cultural moments.
- Brand Equity Building: Develop and safeguard Angkas brand positioning tone of voice and core messaging across all channels. Lead campaigns that drive emotional and functional connection with passengers.
- Budget and Media Planning: Manage and optimize annual brand budgets (above-the-line and below-the-line) to maximize ROI. Oversee media mix modeling channel strategy and buying through agency partners and internal teams.
- Social Media & Community Building: Create and oversee always-on and campaign-specific strategies for social media engagement and brand-building. Champion the development of communities as brand advocates.
- Partnerships for Top Funnel Growth: Identify negotiate and manage brand partnerships and sponsorships that drive awareness consideration and trial.
- Performance Tracking and Trial Conversion: Drive performance through brand health metrics (awareness top-of-mind NPS) and performance metrics (engagement rates trials up to 3rd repeat booking). Work cross-functionally with CRM product operations and performance marketing teams to incubate new users until they reach habitual booking.
- Team Management: Manage and mentor junior brand associates and/or cross-functional
Requirements- Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field.
- 4 years of brand management experience in top FMCG companies (Unilever P&G Nestlé or similar).
- Proven experience in brand strategy development media planning and budget management.
- Solid background in social media strategy influencer partnerships and community management.
- Experience handling large-scale ATL campaigns (TV OOH Digital) and BTL activations.
- Strong analytical mindset able to interpret data and translate into actionable brand strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Team management experience required (at least 1-2 direct reports previously managed).
- Entrepreneurial spirit comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced tech environment.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience working with or within tech platforms transportation or service apps.
- Strong interest in mobility commuter solutions and community building.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and performance marketing tools.
