2026 1L KMK Law Fellow
At KMK Law we are committed to fostering a culture where individuals from a wide range of backgrounds can thrive grow and contribute meaningfully to the success of our clients and our firm. As part of this commitment we are proud to offer the KMK Law Fellowship. This Fellowship reflects our mission to build high-performing teams whose unique backgrounds and experiences strengthen our firm and the services we provide. We seek candidates who demonstrate academic excellence leadership community service and unique perspectives shaped by personal or professional experiences.
Selected candidates will join KMK as first-year summer associates. They will receive the standard summer associate salary and a grant of up to $10000. The first half of the grant is paid within 30 days of starting the summer program and the remaining half of the grant is contingent upon receiving accepting and beginning a position as a second-year summer associate at KMK Law.
Eligibility Requirements - The Fellowship is open to any first-year law student at an ABA-accredited law school who has demonstrated academic or professional excellence leadership potential community service and unique perspectives shaped by personal or professional experiences or background.
- Applicants must be committed to practicing law in Cincinnati Ohio upon graduation and contributing to a collaborative high-performing legal team.

- Law school transcript
Submission of first-semester grades is required for a complete application. Those wishing to apply before grades are available should email their transcript once available to . Applications will be reviewed when they are complete.
