Position Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Clinical Dietitianfor an exciting job in Watertown NY.
Responsibilities:
Conduct nutritional assessments and create personalized care plans.
Educate patients and families on diet health and lifestyle.
Work with physicians and staff to ensure coordinated evidence-based care.
Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
Support wellness and community nutrition initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Nutrition/Dietetics (Masters preferred).
Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with active state license.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience in acute or clinical settings preferred.
