Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on the unit ensuring adherence to policies and standards
Provide direct patient care as needed and assist with complex clinical situations
Develop and implement care plans monitor patient outcomes and ensure quality standards
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
Mentor and support staff fostering a collaborative and professional work environment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state of Maine
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong leadership communication and clinical skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting required
