Compensation
At S&C we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position in the United States is $73920-$95495.40. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors including performance knowledge job-related skills and experience and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&Cs annual incentive plan (AIP) subject to eligibility criteria.

S&Cs Finance & Accounting (F&A) organizationis responsible forthe maintenance analysis and reporting of accounting and financial information along with safeguarding the companys this job you will play a key role in our F&A team supporting our Production Operations business partners. The work associated with this job includes providing support through analysis of inventory product costing Oracle systems support and financial this role you will report to the Manager-CostAccounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assistwith the annual physical inventory & cycle count programs.
- Maintain generate and analyze periodic inventory reports.
- Analyze inventory production costs overhead and operational expensestoidentifytrends and recommend improvements.
- Supportbudgets and financial forecasts.
- Performmonth-end close activities including analysis of accounts and preparation of journal entries.
- Providefinancial guidance to the Production Operations group on cost accounting questions and issues.
- Analyze data discrepancies andassistwithidentifyingcorrective action and process improvements.
- Develop and prepareaccount reconciliations annual audit workpapersandassistwith auditor inquiries.
- Play a key role in the improvement of financial processes reporting and enhanced use of financial and ERP systems.
- Support general ad hoc analysis and manufacturing transaction problem resolutions.
- Understand andcomply withall applicable Company policies and rules
What Youll Need to Succeed
- Abachelors degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience
- Ability to gather and analyze detailed financial data resulting in recommendations to business leaders.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work with various stakeholders and cross functional project teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong computer skills: Excel Word Oracle ERP
- Abachelors degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience
Preferred
- Power BIand/or Power AutomateExperience
- Manufacturing Experience
- CPA or CMA
