YOUR NEW ROLE

Bring your leadership creativity and technical flair to the Sydney Opera House as our Staging Supervisor. Youll guide and inspire talented crews shaping world-class performances and events while ensuring safety excellence and collaboration every step of the way. ARE YOU THE ONE

  • Minimum five years experience in the live theatre/entertainment industry with high-level expertise in all aspects of staging operations including rigging design.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills with a proven track record of event delivery and strong understanding of WHS responsibilities.
  • Strong organisational analytical decision-making and prioritisation skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and apply lateral thinking and numerical capability.
  • Effective communication interpersonal and team-building skills with the ability to work collaboratively to meet client and production needs. Knowledge of relevant SOH policies procedures and Enterprise Agreement conditions is desirable.
  • Physical fitness and agility suitable for staging environments (including working at heights and good hearing and vision) with demonstrated proficiency in computer-based technologies and a commitment to continuous improvement.
