At The Learning Experience (TLE) we believe that every child deserves a joyful safe and enriching early education. Our Aubrey location is growing and were looking for a passionate and professional Assistant Director to help lead our center with excellence.
Summary:
The Learning Experience Aubrey is hiring a full-time Assistant Director to help create joyful learning environments for young children. Youll support staff manage operations and build strong relationships with families. Pay: $18$20/hour (equivalent to $37440$41600/year). Responsibilities
- Support the Center Director in daily operations staff supervision and compliance
- Ensure a safe nurturing and engaging environment for children and families
- Maintain licensing standards and center policies
- Assist with staff scheduling training and performance management
- Build strong relationships with parents staff and the community
- Experience in early childhood education or childcare leadership (required)
- Knowledge of Texas childcare licensing standards (preferred)
- Strong communication organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to lead with professionalism empathy and initiative
